IN OUR FATHERS' FOOTSTEPS
In our Fathers’ Footsteps (IOFF) is a not-for-profit pilgrimage for the Canadian descendants of Second World War veterans of the Liberation of The Netherlands. Coinciding with the Liberation’s 80th anniversary, In our Fathers’ Footsteps will take place in The Netherlands in April and May 2025.
In our Fathers’ Footsteps is a spiritual, cultural, and educational experience along routes taken by the Canadian liberators—with heartfelt commemorative activities, and joyful 80th Anniversary festivities.
In our Fathers’ Footsteps is both a reflective pilgrimage and a tribute to freedom, peace, and friendship in honour of these veterans whose descendants carry the remembrance torch on their behalf.
