We can't wait to meet you all tomorrow! Most of you are getting ready to head to the airport soon and we hope you enjoy a pleasant flight to The Netherlands. This event will be one to remember for years to come. The enthusiastic response regaring this event has been overwhelming.
The Canadian Remembrance Torch has been lit in Ottawa and tonight it's making its way to Schiphol.
The Canadian Remembrance Torch being lit, for the first time, from the Centennial Flame in Ottawa. It was designed and built by three engineering students from McMaster University. Holding the torch is McMaster student Yuvraj Sandhu with veteran John Preece and Jaap Jan Speelman of the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to Canada.
